The Palantir comparison is interesting becuase they both tackle complex enterprise data problems but from different angles. C3.ai's emphasis on predictive maintence and vertical specific applications gives them a clearer path to ROI for industrial clients. Those partnerships with Baker Hughes and Shell show they understand domain expertise matters just as much as the AI platform itself. The full stack approach could be their edge if they can maintain velocity.
